Three Premeditated Actions

Premeditation is not just a conscious choice but a structure that shapes our actions before they even occur. The exposed X-rays reveal fractures—moments when the body, subjected to external forces, breaks. These fractures are also nearly programmed events. Each break is the result of a collision between the fragility of inside and the hardness of outside, inscribed within an almost inevitable repetition. What constitutes the action? Is it the accident itself, the result of the action, or the image of the action’s outcome? What is the relationship between the act, its outcome, and its representation?
These fractures are not mere incidents but predictable rupture points along a bodily trajectory. They challenge the idea of control and destiny: is the body truly the master of its movements, or is it conditioned by forces that dictate its path, down to the point of breaking?
